Refund & Exchange Policy

At Puff of B.C, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products being regulated and consumable, we have a strict but fair Refund & Exchange Policy designed to protect both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy Overview

All products sold by Puff of B.C are sealed, regulated, and intended for personal consumption. As a result, refunds and exchanges are subject to specific conditions outlined below. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.


2. Refund Policy

We do offer refunds, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The product must be returned with no more than 1 gram missing.
  • The product must remain in acceptable condition and not show signs of misuse or tampering beyond the allowable amount.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis due to regulatory compliance.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued as cash or to the original method of payment, at our discretion.
  • Original delivery or service fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or lesser value only.
  • A $5 exchange fee applies to all approved exchanges.
  • Any price difference for lower-value items will not be refunded.

4. Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Budget-priced items
  • Clearance or promotional products

No exceptions will be made for final sale items.


5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will:

  • Replace the item with the correct product
  • No exchange fee will apply in cases of our mistake

Incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.


6. What We Do Not Accept

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if:

  • The request is made after the 24-hour window
  • The product has more than 1 gram missing
  • The product shows signs of abuse, excessive use, or tampering
  • The item is marked as final sale

7. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Requests made outside of business hours will be handled on the next business day.


8. Policy Abuse & Legal Compliance

Puff of B.C reserves the right to:

  • Limit or refuse future refunds/exchanges for repeated abuse
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
  • Enforce all applicable provincial and federal regulations

This policy is compliant with applicable Canadian consumer protection standards while respecting regulations surrounding consumable and regulated products.
